i rang them from here a few times, wasbout 6 in the morning here, and they were up,
ps they fuked up my order on quite a few occasions, lost my details and all , so u have been warned!
I know a some one here in NZ that ordered a locker and paid by credit card then received it with in 3 weeks, But on the other hand I've heard some shocking stories about their customer service too. Unfortunately there always seems to be more bad feed back about them than good.

So that number won't work from Aussie.
Ring your international operator and give them that number and they should either be able to reverse charges and connect you or give you a direct dial number.
I imagine it's early morning there ATM but figured I'd get a message bank
