trying to call rro

Post by -Mick- »

0011 1 888 801 7271

dialing that number for enquiries on a shipment but not getting connected :?

That's 0011 to dial out of aus, 1 to dial into the us and the number from their confirmation email

Is it just a time thing :?: I imagine it's early morning there ATM but figured I'd get a message bank :?

You can check the time before ringing here,

so u have been warned!

I know a some one here in NZ that ordered a locker and paid by credit card then received it with in 3 weeks, But on the other hand I've heard some shocking stories about their customer service too. Unfortunately there always seems to be more bad feed back about them than good.

Sure you got the number right ?

From their site
"To place an order you can contact us toll free by phone 888-801-7271"

So that number won't work from Aussie. :finger:

Ring your international operator and give them that number and they should either be able to reverse charges and connect you or give you a direct dial number. :D

888 numbers are like 800 numbers and won't work outside that country. Just call them 0011 1 435-654-1149
