You lift a zook the same way you live a Maverick. Just search for 'How do I lift a mav" and all the answers will be in that thread. Quite a long thread full of opinions and discussion if my memory serves me correctly.

You can just cut your springs then its quick, easy, legal and safe
For leaf springs be sure to cut topwise from the invert of the reload leaf
This is most easily achieved by crawling inside your 14" exhaust and grinding anti-clockwise in an up and down motion
