extended shackles with some new coils
works well

The arse end of my Zook sags, should I just fit bigger tyres to the rear wheels to level it out?


A friend told me that lift kits are dangerous as they raise the COG, which cog is it because most of mine are in the gearbox and transfer case, and mine are mounted under the vehicle.

I find that 4x2 treated pine works a and because its treated it wont rot .. so you can still drivin in puddles .. dont drive in puddles of you have used chipboard :roll: .. (Like I did this one time ... ahh forget it :oops: ) ..

I'm supried at you guys, no real help from the board. It is a simple questions that needs a simple answer.

You lift a zook the same way you live a Maverick. Just search for 'How do I lift a mav" and all the answers will be in that thread. Quite a long thread full of opinions and discussion if my memory serves me correctly.

You can just cut your springs then its quick, easy, legal and safe :D

For leaf springs be sure to cut topwise from the invert of the reload leaf ;)

This is most easily achieved by crawling inside your 14" exhaust and grinding anti-clockwise in an up and down motion :D

Nah..... rollcage and helium inside the roll cage. Every zook should have one. Makes river crossings a breeze... literally.

Just wait for a strong breeze in the right direction and you'll float across like a cloud.
