OK, so I have got a BES turbo timer with the 1,3,5 increments for a good price but with no instruction for wiring, other than to go back and look at the vehicle it came out of. There a 5 wires out the back of it
Red, 12v constant?
Blue, ignition?
Black, earth
White x2, look like speaker wire connected to a relay inside the unit. On the donor vehicle these were joined together further down the line.
Anyone used one of these or know where I could find the wiring on the net, have had a pretty good look at different sites but haven't found anything useful.

BES turbo timer

Not much help, but i had one and wired it to a car which had thermos and when they came on it would blow the transistors used to hold the ign on, wasn't straightforward to wire a relay either.
But if you do wire it up the wrong way and it gets hot and stops working the transistors are easy to replace, just get em from dick smith.
Sorry i can't remember how it was wired. I think BES has something to do with a company called bogaurd?
