dont worry about it

as long as the output on your t-case and the pinon flange of the diff is at the same angle, it will work no worries with no vibration

Off center diffs

Post by yomama185 »

If you have say a centered diff axle in the rear on a pickup and you use a crusier trans with the output to the right like the 55 yes it goes to the right a bit, angle down is still the same so it would work fine? Or am i just to far gone!

60 diffs are a few inches wider, and have strengthening if they are the 87 or later 60 diffs.

im mainly doing it cause like simon said, i have these sitting in my garage already, they've already got hi steer, 6.1's and lockers in em, i figure i may as well use em if i've got em, although yes 60 series would be nice but then so would 80 series diffs or even patrol ones too

why dont you reckon the 6.1's would last with the 37's???
