right... must speak to my landlord about why my lock up garage is missing one of those car hoist/elevator/thingy ;)

Still that turbo set up is pretty neat... wonder if the turbo doesn't sit in a bonnet scoop and just draw the air from over the scoop..?

Better than a surf for sure :D

Not really that bad an option - can get more lift out of it and a fair bit stronger. Also gives a lot more diff options.

I'd still be interested to see how an SAS goes without the normal huge lift you need to clear everything (most SAS Vit's I've seen use SPOA Hilux + spring lift + body lift). Unless you're basically gonna cut ALL the crossmembers away and make new ones it would be a really hard job.

Every single SAS Vit I've seen would get you about 1/2 way to the shops here before you got pulled. 100% cop bait up here in QLD running an SAS with the usual levels of lift (of course most of them are building for 35"s where they're allowed to use them anyway though).

I think this Hilux alternative could be something of a sleeper.
