Hillbilly Welded Diff AND How Long Before it breaks....
Just thought id post a pic of the diff that i just welded up for glen1n......A plate was cut out to fit between the gears and then was welded all around, i also welded a few of the teeth up as well

just welded my mates one as well and put more layers than that right into the teeth,its more the teeth breaking from weld than the weld breaking or cracking

Looks fine to me and i voted 2Years+ I cant see that ever breaking. If you are running it in the rear th easiest(Not Safest) way to run it on the street is with one axle removed. Just remove the long side axle and put a short side in there to seal it all up.
