Just purchased a 1992 gq ,both rear power windows are rooted they barely move.Are they easy to fix and any idea how much it would cost,i will have a go myself.

The switch contacts can gum up with crud if not used regularly, and the leccy motors/gear mech as well. The motors and gearbox are easy to pull apart, reassembly is a bit harder, as the brushes willjust need to be held away from the rotor etc. Good clean and some quality grease - Nulon Xtreme teflon is great. Don't forget all the linkages need lube also, moly grease for this.
