Since wheeling the other day the steering wheel is a quater of a turn out while driving straigth ahead.

Also anyone got the price on the hi steer setup?

Also Why do you have to raise the panhard, or is this only required with a radius arm flip?

U have to raise the panhhard to stay in line with the drag link otherwise everytime u hit a bump the car will try to steer itself....
They call this bumpsteer.
The panhard is raised on one end & lowered on the other end
to even the load out. Its raised to keep in line with the steering
arm not the draglink. This is done for the hi steer only and is
independent of the radius arm flip, which is done to correct caster
angle.

might help in a very small way (reducing the lateral - sideways force-leverage from the bound up ball joint) but most of the problem comes from the torque -rotational force- exerted on the shaft when you turn the steering wheel or have load placed on it, like hitting an obstacle hard with the side of a front wheel.

this happens to me all the time, the first time I took it to a mechanic and he adjusted something under the front and aligned the steering wheel up properly.
Now it has happened again but I havent taken it back yet. I will ask next time exactly what he does. But he definanately does not take the steering wheel off and put it back on again.

I reckon he has just adjusted the steering arm in front of the diff....
This does not fix the problem.................
