howdy,
i'm after a brake booster to suit a 1985 3.5 man range rover, does anyone know if brake boosters for said vechical are inter-changable?
thanks mark
All Rangies after 82 will fit yours as metric brake fittings were introduced. The easiest way to tell the diffrence is that the master cylinder fitting is vertical (imperial) and horizontal (metric.
I have heard of people turning them around on imperial models to suit metric but I have never done so, but by the looks of it it's not too much of a concern.
Buy reco or new, don't waste time on second hand crap, from experience you will be replacing it a bit sooner than you like
