stock spring bushings?

Post by bad_religion_au »

has anyone heard of spring bushings for a 40 that have a steel tube with thinner rubber between the tube and the shakle mounting plate or spring...

trying to work out some wandering habits on the front axle of the 40, someone suggested the above could be part of the problem (i'm chewing out poly bushing in the solid mount end of my front springs every couple of weeks.)

yep, greasable shackles and spring pins, correct size bushings (the earlier smaller size) and i'm greasing them on assembly... and they chew out within a week or so...

might get some ome ones, someone suggested playing with my toe out settings.... might give that a twirl and see if i can't nail this puppy
