Just so I can always remember who is an asshat!

That has got to be the biggest up yourself thing to say Timmy, if I was in anna bay I'd come bitch slap you. The rig is cool, but just because someone else hasn't got something as good as yours doesn't give you right to look down on them!

hehe rant over.

PS.... another poser shot! I saved it though

to get this topic back on topic or at least tech related.

a 3/4 SPOA is a 3/4 eliptic Spring Over Axle modification. The 3/4 eliptic refers to using a short leaf (many times referred to as a buggy or goofy leaf) attached to the frame whilst the other end is attached to the shackle giving an extended leaf length. This improves flex

Can you do the same on the front as well or would this lead to some strange handling chracteristics?

you can do it but you are limited by space and it is not really worth it for the effort to put it in as you have to do a shackle reversal (move thhe fixed mount of the springs to the front of the chassis and the shackle to the back)

Gwagen steve messed around with this on his Suzuki way back when and it was not worth it (man his Zuk has been in a shed longer than mine :D )
