Suzuki Parts

I am trying to buy a Suzuki Sierra (if I can find one). I have been told that I shouldn't buy one by a few people cos there isn't any parts out there for them. Is this the case? If i were to break CV's or axels etc will i be able to get them at the wreckers.

I think you could find parts easier for a sierra or a cruiser anywhere is the world than a cheep or similar.

They were sold just about every corner of the world.

I was hoping someone would say that, i was starting to get worried. Been after a sierra for years and finally decided to do it. Any info about parts and what wreckers around brissy stocks alot of them would be handy.

If you are running 31's or smaller and no lockers, i think you will be hard pressed to break axles and the like. With lockers it will be easier but still hard unless abusing them.

Whoever told you that JC83 needs a boot up the coight they have no idea
I have owned 6 cars in my short years of all makes and the zuk is the easiest and cheapest to source parts for bar my old crappadore There's a few zook specialists like Suziworx (owned by Mud4b off here) that can get anything for sierras at killer prices and do any modifications you want too.

Well, i am glad parts are easy to get and cheap as i am looking at a sierra this afternoon. Its a 1991. Anything that i should look out for when i go and have look besides the usual (rust etc).

I can understand what they meant when they said that. I don't reckon it's particularly hard, their pretty common, but when compared to getting parts for a 90 model commodore of falcon it's hard. Overall it's not too bad.

Well I am now the proud owner of a suzuki sierra. Now i just have to find some parts, first things first, a windscreen and clutch. Thanks for the advice

Thanks, it needs some mods done to it before i can say I am part of the party. Its pretty stock standard but hopefully not for long
