The only thing I could see being any issue would be how close you could get a bend to the edge so you may have a little more wastage on say sliders than using a draw through, and little bends close to eash other could prove difficult but they do with any thing and the hydaulic bit would be soooo much easier than using a ratchet lever type feel like buying one for me to and sending it on down FOC
If the above post did not offend you in any way please PM me so I can try harder!!

I usually found in cage making comps a faster tape measure & drop saw is more important than the bender, a suitable modified 50tonne hydraulic press is the goHoonz wrote:thats what i like to hear
so with the electric hydraulic did it make the bending easy ... faster ?
we got the air/hydraulic one

dude if ya got the money for it, go for it
enerpac make a good pneumatic pump,
they have a little pneumatic piston pump inside them, if ya want more power out of it, rip the lid off the tank and screw the relief sticking out, but get yaself a pressure gauge, so you'll know what pressure u have(the pump and cylinder are good for 10,000psi), but the bender wont handle that.
but the good thing is, if ya need to straighten something as well, use the cylinder and pump,
also let us know what price u can get it for, i'd like to compare it, we sell enerpac gear.

Hey Hoonz that's the one that I used to make all the bar work for my truck. Using the hand pump made it more acurate and taking it slow made for a better bend. I can get hold of it again so you can have a look if you like.

I'm about to buy a bender but was leaning toward the speedwerx one- totally different beast that manufacturer claims will distort less than anything this side of a mandrel bender.
However it would be nice to hear how well these work they look to be good quality.
A basic speedwerx is $760 or so for the bender, $1050 ish for air/ hydraulic, and the dies vary in price from $300ish for a littly, to $680 for 2". These are retail prices- if anyone could get me a trade discount it would be nice!

This is the best pic of the bends on my tray at the moment. I'll try to get a better pic soon.

Enerpac bender
An alternative for the guys with a limited budjet.
Buy an elcheepo bender and the buy the enerpac formers to suit the size pipe you want to bend. The enerpac formers are proberly the best you can get for bending pipe (not DOM tube)
All you need to do is make a bush to fit between the the ram and former
