A mate of mine destroyed his rear CW&P and cant seem to get the the pre-load and backlash settings out of Toyota.

He also wants to know if there is any tricks to tightening up the lsd.

Their are shims for the clutch packs available at toyota if the parts jockey knows how to use his computer. You could cut your own if you had to they have to be the same as the friction plate with the ears on them.
You can also put another spring inside the other spring or a hardened washer.
