Is that thing air opperated or something???? How does it work? I've never even seen one of those things before. surely your not expected to turn the handel and push on it or bang it on the end with a hammer at the same time? It goes in a pnumatic air hammer like this,

you turn down the air to the gun, apply a small amount of force with the handle, and the air hammer breaks the thread free and you undo the screw, the screw is in perfect condition and can be reused
this week I removed every hinge screw (front and back) on a zook in under 5 mins
