Front clip

searched and couldnt find so i came to u guys...

how do i remove the front clip of my suzi???

As far as i know and rem

doors off
4 or six bolts around door hinge area. undo front body bolts.
make sure all bits are off the fenders.

The gaurds are brazed at the front where they meet the grill (top and bottom), don't be tempted to break the welds if you intend putting it back together.

Is this around the rad support bar? two RHS bars?

I take it if you do it neads tacking back together there??

On a more serious note you may encounter a few stuck screws which may need a nut welded to them for removal.

If you are going to go to the trouble of welding a nut to the srew if stuffed so you may as well just drill the heads off . use a drill bit bigger than the tread and dont go to far . The head will fall off and once the hinge is off there is enought thread left to swist out with pliers .

Is that thing air opperated or something???? How does it work? I've never even seen one of those things before. surely your not expected to turn the handel and push on it or bang it on the end with a hammer at the same time? If so, wouldn't a normal old impact driver be more useful, and a fair bit cheaper....that's the only way I got my doors off.

It goes in a pnumatic air hammer like this,

you turn down the air to the gun, apply a small amount of force with the handle, and the air hammer breaks the thread free and you undo the screw, the screw is in perfect condition and can be reused

this week I removed every hinge screw (front and back) on a zook in under 5 mins
