what is the biggest tyre u can fit with these guards or maybe with the diff moved forward 35mm? as i am not doing rears up front for now and love the look of these guards i 'd rather go this way..mine is an 84
84lux-project. A-frame, 350 chev, turbo 350 auto, duals, rears up front, crossover, twin locked and a 118" wheelbase

That is the same guard as pictured on Toymad's rig. They just dont line up well at all. They are made by AOR/Hannerman in the US. I wouldnt waste the money on getting them in from the US.

The moulds i had made do fit a little better but still need some work. If you still want a set contact Neil(GRUB)- http://www.outerlimits4x4.com/PHP_Modul ... rofile&u=8 He has the moulds and may be interested in making some more. But the finished product still needs a little work to make them fit although they fit much better then the AOR ones.

I had 38.5/16/15 MT Claws and they cleared with the axle moved 2" forward.

hey ruff, u ended up taking yours back off and running stock one's didn't u.

also what is the extra mods ya have to do to them to get em to fit.

Would basicaly need trimming slightly in some areas and filling in others. I sold mine to another guy and he said they fitted fine so my body could have been bent. I ran steel guards because i knew i would damage them and they were easier to replace.

i don't know if it's worth it then,

cause they will be goin on my extracab, which i'm turnin into a comp rig,

whats a stock guard worth compared to the fibreglass one's.

Dont know what they are Worth you will need to contact Neil. I dont know if he still has the moulds or wants to make any more. Can buy new guards aftermarket for $70 each.

Yes, digging up an old thread, but I am after some flared guards for an LN65.

Anyone have some current information on where I can get some, or if there are molds in someones shed I can make my own if you want to part with the molds.
