Is the Triton stud pattern common to all Jap utes?
Are there any others that use the same stud pattern?

The Pajero stud pattern is the same as Toyota and Nissan. It's just the offset of the rims that vary AFAIK.

The diameter of the centre hole varies too. Most people don't care, as long as the hole fits over the hub. Technically, it's supposed to be a close fit, as the center of the hub is supposed to carry the weight of the vehicle, not the wheel studs.
