Ok, sorry.
It is a fairly quick job. You will need:
A highlift jack
A 13mm drill bit
A drill
Assorted spanners and sockets
I made mine out of nylon rod which is avaliable from Consoldated Bearing Company or any plastics shop. There are ten body mount positions. I used a lathe to make my raising blocks and to drill a 13 mm hole down the centre of each block. I also purchased 10 1/2 grade 8 hightensile bolts with nuts and split washers. (they'll be the most expensive part of the project). Remove the existing bolts and studs from 1 side of the car only and drill out the body and the washers that sit in the rubbers of the mounts. For the furthest rear mounts I found it neccessary to drill through the body work of the car with a hole saw to get to them.
Then use a High Lift jack to jack the body up one the pre drilled side and slip your blocks between the body and the washer which is sitting on the existing rubber mounts. Repeat for the other side and your set. I didn't need to extend brake lines, hand brake cables or steering columbs.

you don't need to drill out anything.
Have a look at the website that I did ages ago.
The studs at the back will come out easy. Use two nuts locked together and just undo each stud with a spenner!

I didn't have much more body roll after the body lift.
I got my body blocks from Offroad Industries in Silverwater.
The blocks and bolts cost me about $200.
Just remember you will also have to relocate some of your vacuum lines.
