You'll see, you'll all see it will be cool. I'll have more bling than Damo, more sand in the diff than love-mud, more problems than big steve, more chance of getting it working than Antt, a longer wheelbase than Sam

Or another 6 months gathering dust
I thought this was worth a giggle as well, :D

I believe that the Corolla engine is now out of the car and replaced with another zook motor.

yes it was mine that had the 1500 in it. It was a pretty simple conversion. No structural work is needed other than a modified bracket on to one engine mount. I was also using a toyota 5 speed g/box that required a custom jackshaft between g/box and t/case. The t/case does move slightly I think which meant I needed a different rear drive shaft (I think).
You will also need to ditch the normal fan and run a thermo fan in front of the radiator.

If you need an engine and g/box mine are for sale as I went back to Sierra stuff.

Well it needs something new to keep it interesting. With the wide track diffs and the massively offset rims its very stable but a bugger to drive, scrub radius is thru the roof and the tyres tend to foul on the body.

So I should be getting some bling new alloys next week (fingers crossed). The joys of bartering :D

Now I just need to find a VicRoads inspection site that is close to home or work that isn't booked out for the next month or so :bad-words:

Yeah tell me about the scrub radius! with the offset 8" rims and 12.5" tires I had to bash the hell out of the firewall. And it still rubbed. So I just made sure it was smoothed so it didn't cut the tires... cheap traction control

I hope these are the same as those purty alloy's that greg his boggers on.

Have you got P/S?

I'm not sure what alloys they are in the end it came down to what was in stock more than what I ideally wanted.

No power steering but now that christover is the power steering conversion king I might go that way down the track. I just want to get it back on the road
