Best way to waterproof the Dissy
Ive got a air solonoid and ran the air tube into the dizzy, winch, and bell housing (ive already done one clutch with muddy water). Ive got a reasonable size airtank so i dont know how you will go. But if you have lockers and the air is below 90psi the lockers wont engage but by then the compressors cutting in. Just make sure your compressor can handle what your letting out as well as putting some air into the tank for the air lockers. i only flick it on when going into deep water and when changing gears in big bog holes (but i dont do that often now with airlockers
). I had all the parts and bits and pieces, so it wasnt much for me to hook it up but it may not be worth it if you dont have a decent compressor and tank. Im not to sure but maybe upgrade to electronic ignition and i heard you dont have very much trouble with water.
