I'd go if I could borrow/hire some wheels and tyres for the night. Anything would be better than my 31" AT :finger:

Would anyone happen to have 2 free seats for the run?

Heather and I would like to come along but my rig aint up to it, needs a new engine mount...

Post here if you can, we can drive out to the meeting spot and leave the rig there no worries..

Murrey go to Autobarn and get an engine mount or chain the engine down till you can get one. With a front locker you should be fine on this run.
I cant help with a seat,Nicks rig cant take passengers because the rear tailshaft rubs on the chassie.

clutch master cylinder is in now - works great

run down on replacing it

2hrs motivation
20mins to swap
5mins to bled
20mins fixing the fark up (not enough throw to disengage clutch)

now i need to drill 1 hole for a rear recovery point and i will be set

tony

my replacement master cylinder from powermax the screw on connector it supplys for the pedal when fully adjusted out was about 1.5cm short of the length of the one i pulled off, so i swapped the connector bit while it was all in because i had bled it by then - pita to do but it now works

thats what i thought too, i took the first one back and was told that i had fitted it wrong  :?:  I swapped that and it did the same thing, so i took the whole car to the place that i got the cylinder from and said how the FAWK is that wrong, he then fixed it and worked out that the rod was too short, some how it was still my fault
