I can't think of another brand other than the BFG A/T in that size, you may be limited in what you can get…

Look at 305/70R16 - Similar overall diameter, just a touch wider. This will open up a few more options for you.

What year and have you got a lift in it?
315/75R16 will scrub in the mudflap area without a lift.
You'll need to go for a 315/75R16 as they are load rated correctly for the vehicle. F250's require a 121 load rating and the majority of the 305/70R16 are only 118.

If you wanted to spend an extra couple of dollars on wheels and tyres you could get an 18" wheel with a 325/60R18 (33x13.50R18) Mickey Thompson ATZ. They are load rated and fit without the lift.

They will scrub mudflaps/bottom of guard/ flare when turning at standard height, Especially if you go to a 10" rim. Minimum rim requirement for the 315/75R16 is an 8" which isn't quite as bad, but still scrub.

No worries.

285/75R16 will fit on a 16x8 without any issues.
You are right though.... they still look too small. :D
