Hi guys have been reading on here for a while but made no posts. So ihave a NK paj 32' muds bull bar uhf am cb and safari snorkel.Wound the torsion bars up a while ago but just bought new springs and shocks and was wonderin if i will need a spring compressor to get the springs out or if I can undo the shoks and lift the body with a hilift. any help would be great.

Yep bang on, no need for a compressor, take the bottom bolt out of the shocks then like you say lift the body/chassis and lower the axle with a trolley jack with the wheel off.
You mau need to disconnect your anti roll bar as well, I already had mine off when ti came to change springs so it didn't limit things.

Watch the brake hose, dont want to stretch it to much. And you may need to disconnect the Pannard bar at one end. Oh and undo the handbrake cable where it connects to the suspension arm. I havent had to discnnect the swaybar, but my bushes are quite worn.
I have heavy/lift springs , but when I have them fitted I cant fit the car in the garage. So I only fit them if I think I really need them. Takes me about 40 minutes theses days.
