He has a stock xtra cab Hilux, 1999. He wants to fit 31's with no lift. What offset rims (15x8) should he run to avoid scrubing?
He will wind up the torsion bars 50mm if required but would prefer not to.

This is obviously the IFS?
If you went with a 0 offset this would see it fit as good as it will get.
Better off going with a 15x7 with a 13P (or there abouts) as the tyre won't sit quite as wide and it will keep it a little further away from the floor pan/ back of the front guard.
Still need to wind the torsion bars....
