When you do a bodylift the hose/pipe pictured below can split be careful to adjust so it doesn't
There's the tech
Now does any body have a spare one lying around?

Just tape it. The tape on my survived at least a year. If it breaks tape it again. Why bother with anything else.

Because it proably isn't 100% air tight hence dirty air gets sucked into engine...may as well throw away air filter

Well i suppose it depends upon where the split is. Mine was in the middle. I removed the hose and cleaned it before taping. and then taped the entire hose in duct tape. I can't say for sure that it was a 100% sealed because i had no way of testing it. But i do doubt that there was any leak.

otherwise, wont some place that does turbos etc have all that kind of hose for their intercoolers etc???

what diameters are the pipes at either ends, most performance people who do intercoolers and gear like that will be bale to get you reducers and the like in many different colours,
