torqueflite oil flow

Post by discokid »

Hi Guys

Im fitting some one way valves to my oil cooler lines to stop the oil flowing out of the coolers overnight and over filling the box

The over filling is causing oil to come out the breather due to the large volumes in the coolers ( ive got 4)

please note the box isnt over full when running

I need to know which way the oil flows so I can put the valves in the right way.

Ive found two lines.

The first is one close to the top of the box near the kickdown and selector levers.

The second is near the front corner of the sump but is still connected to the case

All I know is that the oil goes out of the torque convertor to get cooled.

Does any one know which one is out to the cooler and which one is back in

Thanks
