Has anyone had any dealings with these. How do they work. How is power transmitted to the hub I assume 12vdc

The power comes from wires going into the inner end of the stub and running down the stub in flat copper strips to a commutator style with brushes picking up the power for the motor.
When assembling these you have to pin the brushes or they break on the comm. There is a hole you can pin them through.
