hi there...I've got a heavily chopped rangey running 38's and I find it almost impossible to get the brakes to lock up coming down severe slopes with good traction. Is this just to be expected due to tyre weight and age of brake system? The fluid looks pretty clean and the last time I bled em there was no bubbles...any ideas....and yes the pads are pretty good

MAX has a very valid point, my RR when it had the 4.7 V8 mtr and auto used to be impossible to stop down a slope in low range because of the torque available at just above idle. I remember vividly the squeals of horror from the other half over the 2 way when she was trying to stop the thing in reverse low range while trying to pick another line around a rock the size of a ford laser...
