Moderator: Micka
Disco Snorkle ?
Can any one tell me which snorkle is best for a Disco 300TDI with ABS.
Safari are expensive and Airtec are about 100 bucks cheaper however one of the stores told me that Safari is the only way to go.
This store is a independant.

I got an Airflow one through Duncans 4wd at the last Wandin field day. They're considerably cheaper than Safari, though you do have to move your airbox and dick around a bit to get it to fit right, but apart from that no real probs....Cheers Chris.

Good answer MICKA.
My cousin sold his 6.2V8 diesel county and bought a Mav, loves not having to spend weekends fixing the County, but finds the Mav dead boring to drive.
They maybe reliable and easily modded etc, but the drive experience is as about exciting as drying paint .
Give me the idiosynchratic electrics, excellent trim finish(!) and dust/ water ingress of the RAngie and 'Fender any day!!
Mines been off the road for 6 months now and I'm going troppo, even down here in Northern Antarctica!
