I need to get longer u-bolts for my SOA MQ Patrol to fit new springs and the current ones r too short. Where can i buy some or get em made up?
06 Grand Vitara Prestige, 2" lift, Kumho A/Ts, ARB winch bar, snorkel, spotties. Also a Regal 2150 LSC Volva Penta 350 gsi duoprop, and a kayak ;-)

can get them from supa cheap, auto barn repco?

but if you want some made up id got to a bolt shop tell them what yur using it for as well so they use the strong stuf :)

i had mine done by a spring shop. they cost me $14 each in 9/16 rod (1/2 standard F150) 13" long.
custom length, custom u size. larger diameter.

shop around, 1 place wanted $25ea!!

Carrolls Springs can bend custom ubolts from SAE1340 grade 5 material, they only have imperial sizes but will cater for 1/2", 9/16" and 5/8" in grade 5. All ubolt will have approx 90-100mm of UNF roll thread.

Got some today. $30 pair :? from kings springs at ashmore. Fit sweet though!
