If you think you have got what it takes to compete in the longest, hardest event of it's type in Australia and one of the hardest in the WORLD where you compete for the FULL 8 DAYS (No show & shine or team events here) and get to finish a couple of hours before Final Presentation.

The "XI" 8 Days of Off Road Magic (23rd - 30th September) is for you. Note this is not for the faint hearted. You must have a good TEAM to survive (Driver, very fit co-driver and a strong comp vehicle & winch)

You will be tested over 40 Special Stages which will include 2 GPS Special Stages, 5 night Special Stages. And apart from 1 night out will be at the XI Base camp where you can have your home away from home set up.

Entry limited to 30 vehicles with 5 spaces reserved for overseas Team's.

Have now had confirmation that 3 British Team's will be competing in the 2006 XI.

Last years entrants also have first option. So get in quick with your deposit to secure your starting position.

Cheers

Nah. Why would I do that after getting fastest in the first stage that I RAN in  Trucks in getting the diesel rebuilt. I'm still in Pakistan till mid April so I don't have time to do all the fiddly crap with changing to V8 petrol. I've still got time to do a couple of tricky things to it though. Should run fairly well this time. No popped $1200 radiators. ;)

Are you doing the OBC?
The truck is just a chassis at the moment, still waiting for finalisation of sponsorship. If not it will stay a chassis until the XI.

Yes the English are coming, and so is Bosshog (just got your entry & fee) It will be great to see you and Steve back (how is it over there in the eartquake zone in Pakistan, all you guys should be very proud of yourselves overthere, I know I am)

Anyway the 2006 XI is looking very good.

So ladies & gentlemen, if you think you have got what it takes to compete in "8 Days of Off Road Magic" give us a call.

Cheers

Had the three British cars at our event a couple of weeks back. Two of them were teamed together however had some bad luck with a front winch. That didn't stop his team mate dragging him round the ss with his own winch and a lot of snatching. Still finished the sections within the DNF!

you can see the guys in the gallery at www.ultimatephotography.co.uk in the muddy truckers link.
