Duncan I will be going up Friday night and we will be fencing and hopefuly putting access rd and culverts if any have availability to bobcat with rake and or mini excavator would be very helpful chainsaws shovels and gloves. for handling wire and we will be camping I don't think that I need to meet them until they reach the gate unless they don't know the way and will not be allowed camp fires due to total fire ban and I will be on uhf channel 10 or mobile regards Alan.
Alans mobile number is 0429171059
He needs to no who is going so he can let the land owner no and organise insurance through the assosicationso please either ring him or leave your name on the web so that with a couple of weeks to go we can let him no numbers
well 3 of the team evo cars passd the test, now its up to the rest to follow. duncans zook, steves tj and jeffs lady all are ready for the winch comp. its gona be a good year.
I just checked out the site....can't see no info on scutineering dates, emailed Allan....anyone else having this trouble??
So if the events aren't timed...due to insurance costs....and say half dozen people get through course....how do they score/judge who wins I'm asking this since I've been to many Eastern States events and yes you get pinged for winching penalties, going off course, wheel spin etc etc so can see how a scoring system can be made up...but I have also seen people go straight through cleanly- winching or not (depending on event) .....so how are they going to separate those vehicles
Someone turn on the light
Anyone know what the prizes are...not that it really matters cause OBC prizes are VERY average...it's all about just winning I guess......
Im in for all the comps and also are Steve and Bevan tj on 35s twin locked with ratios very capable car also Jeff with Mick in a landie 110 twin locked dont no what ratios on i believe 35s another very good driver both guys are doing all the comps and dont have a worry about giving anything a go.

After just getting back from Brisbane have just found out how much the WA guys want a compation to go ahead not much by the turn out for the busy bee guys these things dont happen by them selves hope at least we will have a decent turn out for the competion or Alan may as well cancel the whole year
talking to alan on sunday all rules and how it is going to be scored will be given to the comptetitors on the day so their is no advantage and no1 can get around the rules.
