Cant bring the axels you wanted as where steves bucket is parked in between a shed and a house he cant get the axels out and cant move the POS as micks got crap everywhere in front and behind

Just spoke to Tony - said it was a really good event.
There were 17 entrants (approx 7 buggies)
Adrian won by about 40 points
Tony second
Yuri third (on same points as Tony but came third by tie braker)
Micka forth (about 1 point behind Tony and Yuri)
Tony said the courses on Saturday were a bit long and the Sunday courses were really good.
He also said the Yuri machine is farkin awesome - this guy can build!!

Got back a short time ago.
Sam has the right info posted. Allthough i think Adrian won by more than 50 points.
On my way up on Friday night i had some kind of allergic reaction to what i dont know but it took me most of Sat to get over it.
Saturdays Courses were actually good but i think they were a little long.
Sundays courses were great. Keep making courses like that David and i will be back as often as i can. The new scoring system worked well and kept the scores close and the competition fierce.
I couldnt beleive how well some of the new guys did in Zooks and Hilux's Especially the Blue Zook on 31s. Im sure he actually had a better run on the last course than I did. And he defianatly had a better run than poor old Scotty. Some of these guys could defianatly be contenders in the future. And i dont think its too far away.
I didnt drive my rig at this event,instead i drove one of the Rentals and it was a totaly different rig to drive than the Budgie. But i cant see myself getting into the Moonbuggy thing in the future. (Thanks Tim I saved you some work it needed but i then added a little over the weekend
)

All in All it was a great event and if Time Permits i will be at Rover Park for Round 2 on the 6th and 7th of May.

Had an absolute blast all weekend. It was great to see so many new teams coming out to support rockcrawling. I only hope that they all don't go and buy buggys as man they will be hard to beat. Well done guys.
Big thanks to Dave Metcalfe and his team for putting together a great event, i will defently be down at Rover park for Round 2. Maybe then you might have some Chooks for us!

The courses were well set up and catered for the vast array of machines that were there, the Bonus lines were good but could be a little harder
. (something like the one i showed you Saturday arvo) Remember Dave you need to live up to your "MMM" reputation. 
And Shorter stages like we saw on Sunday were kick arse!
Highlights of the weekend for me -
1. Of course winning was good and working together with Roger and the buggy to achieve what we planned when we walked the stages was great.
2. Seeing the Mightly MOG take a big Tumble was pretty damn impressive, its a huge rig and comes down HARD! Looked awesome though.
3. Watching Harley and Micka at work on stage 3, i was really surprised that you guys didn't win that stage. You made it look so damn easy.
However the biggest highlight for me was seeing YURI's buggy in action. It is PHAT!!!!! Sweet rig and probably two of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. I am sure with some more time in the seat you should be able to mix it up with the big guns at WEROCK.
Another highligh for me was Saturday night at the WOOMBA boys camp. Yuri, tony, boof, scott (from toowoomba), Rhett and of course "Backhoe Benny". Man i had a blast, i had sore ribs from laughing so much. GO the CRAWWWW!!!!!! You guys crack me up.
It was great to have RUFF also sneak in for second place to make it a One, Two for Team Mickey Thompson!
Huge thanks to all the competitors, spectators and helpers that made it a great weekend.
Also a very big thanks to Rob Keiler and the crew from Mickey Thompson and Luke at TJM for your great support.

That was our first time in a comp and it was really good to be on the other side of the rope for a change.
Like RUFF...we were not quite right on Saturday morning either. But we know exactly what caused it - loads of beer and shishah
Saturday started out well for us on course one. But engine trouble on course two ended our day in frustration. The twin stacks had flames about a foot long coming out of them
and the Rover V8 was reduced to about a Rover V5 
Big thanks to Roger, Adrian and others who lent us a hand. We had only 5 cylinders firing up until about 8:00 on Saturday night when we finally worked out WTF was going on.
Sunday morning saw us raid Adrian's disco for parts so we could compete. We were sitting in 8th spot and had a lot of catching up to do, but the engine wasn't inspiring a lot of confindence. We got it sort of right and stepped into stage 3 and went thru pretty well. Harley drove really well and got some good side action coming thru the final bonus line.
The final stage saw only one mistake - my fault - a reverse that we did not need to do, before we cleared the rest of the stage easily. The final climb out - a nice little loose rock steep incline - was looking to be no problem until the V8 shat itself again. The air cleaner had worked loose after we had modded it yesterday, so I put it back on and Harley did the rest .
The 2nd day was obviously better for us, but I think that the courses were a bit better as well.
Adrain and Tony drove really well and their experience in these events shows thru. I think anyone that drove a full-bodied rig through these courses did an awesome job.
Time and $$$ permitting, we will probably be there for round 2. But as W.E. ROCK is our major focus, the most time will be spent in preparation for that.
A BIG THANKS to all of our mates in the orange ROCK HAMMER Racing shirts for the support over the weekend. Without you boys doing your jobs...we would not have been so farkin hung over this morning

What a weekend, thanks to Case for a doing a top job, I had a ball found a few things to fix on the Homeless, S1 broke the standard CV and a the hub on the otherside and DNF fixed them and finished S2 with a good run, we had a cracker of a day on Sunday with stage 3 & 4 perfect runs.
Thanks Dave MMM and his team for some great courses to learn on, can't wait for round 2
