ok to address the j-ferguson stuff. Yellow vests = media, so he was saying media people got in his way. it's a problem with all events, i tried to keep my fat arse out of the way, but sometimes there's too much to concentrate on and you forget. i hate it as a spectator, but after being under the bunting understand why it happens. i'm pushing for less vests on course myself, so feel your pain.
FINALLY... after 3000 k's, including 1000k's in a GQ with no plates, and constant power steering failures, i'm back in my own home....
what a trip.
every time i go to talk about the event i'm speachless... that was some of the best driving i've seen... bally found the skinny pedal, and finally learnt what cages are for, but geez what a professional outfit. tazz was 400 times the spotter he was for werock finals. top effort.
the ABT boys ensured that he didn't take the honours for use of the skinny pedal. these guys are compeditive for sure, some more experience and you guys'll be the ones to beat. oh and i'm the camera man in the crack on stage 1 sunday, and i swear you were aiming for me
Sam and Co. that buggy is sweet. my hilight of the event was your shot at the buttcrack of death first up on sunday. i think i held my breath for all of it. oh and that was some damn fine axle engineering
Nam and Wendle. good to meet wendle. you can tell he's knowlegable, and the way he lead that truggy round showed he's got his eye in for this stuff... come on wendle, i know you said you weren't into competing, but your a natural. Nam, you proved your a little man with a big set. you sold that steering wheel on ebay yet?
Rob and Co... don't forget to let your rear winch out. oh, and damn you need sponsorship for CTM or something testing the strength of their components.
Cal and Maurice... the quiet achievers... i think you've challenged cheezy into designing a course that'll make you guys get on the angry pedal, because you crawled most that stuff so easy it wasn't funny.
to the fellow marshals, and media (except guts), great effort guys, see ya in yea. to guts... stay out of my tent at 3 am, find yourself a lama instead
