Overkill would of broken a front uni, not a CV coz he has dana 44 knuckles on it.....which is a big accomplishment!!

i've got plenty of digital video footage, but don't have firewire or a decent computer to edit it with. does anyone else around brissy have the technology to do this and maybe host it somewhere??????

Antt ya mug, you didn't come over and say G'Day?? We were all wondering where you were when Sam busted his axles, they wanted to "borrow" some bits off your rig :D :lol:

Good pics, there should be some good ones from today, plenty of action and some great driving.

The Fat 40s flopped it today on stage3 at the last gate. POS blew his front pinion (I think) on stage 3 and had to drive the last stage in rear wheel drive. He basically lined it up, and gunned it, crowed loved it, was a great finish for the day :)

i did talk to sam and tony, only cause i saw em jump out of the mogrover, so i went over and had a quick word to them.

hmmmm, would love to, but still don't have recovery points or farken tyres, the front ones have all of about 1mm of tread left on em :x ,hopefully have the cash in a fortnight for some newies ;) .........does anyone have a spare seat?

hey all
i have some great pis from sat.i was right in front of pos roll over(ive got 3 pics in series of roll over)....some good ones of the strangerover in action....and a couple of MR overkill in action and on the rock.also a couple of the 40 series and the green beast.

the only prob is i can never get them on any site :roll: i still have to
put them on the pc..........can i e-mail them to someone to put on.

Got a call from HYPOLUX that was up there spectatin apparently awesome comp again aswell as awesome carnage and a lot of bush repairs like sleevin axles and then weldin up and competin for the rest of the comp (overkill) i think ben also mentioned something bout the semmens dude doin a pinion (or part of ) weldin it up and finishing aswell.....................

Now just gotta wait for him to get home so i can get my new (old ) 4.6's :D

Yeah mate we blew a GU CV,Left rear trailing arm and rear pinion.
Paul the driver put in new cv in,whilst i welded and braced the trailing arm and welded the pinion back together. then finished the weekend.
Bloody awsome weekend..
