Can someone please inform me of a method of cutting quarters of my mk swb. once marked then what????? where to start please help??? and i looked at the bible but no info just some pics.

grinder with the thinnest disk you can get, if you want to fold back mark lower, if you want to weld a plate in mark where you want the final position to be

i have marked it where i want it to end up and do i just cut it off then weld a plate inside or do i get some bent up to fit inside then weld????? Whats the go whats everyone else do???? pics???

i just cut where i thought looked good with the 4inch grinder..where i cut is probly marginaly higher then most guys. i cut the middle of the v-groove in the rear quater panel. then made a template and used a nylon cutting board as my plate material. sikaflexed them in place. took all of about 1 hr.
