Andrew
There are heaps of people in the US who have narrowed mog axle casings. There are suppliers in the US who sell custom length mog axles for this purpose.

I knew that fitting these diffs is never going to be a easy job, but in the sump problem wouldnt you just run a dry sump like race cars do?
never done it my self (yet) but it seems the deep part of the sump isnt the problem its the front shallow section, this is where the 3rd member is at its biggest, so dry sump wouldnt help alot... I think :?
In that case, if you run a straight 6 you could run the dry sump and lay the motor enough to clear. Like they do to the 4cly in speedcars.

These ideas are me just thinking, im not trying to make it sound there are easy solutions because the things i have mentioned arnt that easy. Im gathering information and ideas as i wouldnt mind running these diffs. Also hopfully open up some ideas for others.
