In the meantime, easiest way to work out what to shave is to let the front wheel drop (either jack it or drive the other side onto somthing to get a bit of flex), then you'll see where the bumstop is.
If you look at the UPPER control arm (or wishbone, or whatever they call it), you'll see the TOP bumpstop which it rests on at full droop. That is the one to shave. You can do it with a sharp knife or similar.
