I have the suzanna from the original aztec buggy. It is currently a 5.12 vitara center with dana 35 side gears. Dana35 axles. An adapter between the dana steering knuckles and then sierra hubs/wheelbearings/brakes.

Your best bet would be to call Sam at overkill, or PM him off the board (OVERKILL ENGINEERING). I think that the suzanna was a one off for teh aztec, but i may be wrong.

I thought it was a one off as well. Sam is the best person to talk to if you want a new one. Sipdertrax also make a suzanna diff but you would need to get it from the states
I had the original alloy adapters that sam had made remaded by a mate out of billet. i haven't had any problems with it.

If you like DANA axles, a set of d44's of a scout or something with a RHS centre would be sweet on a zook, have a cruise round pirate4x4.com/forum , there is heaps of info there about DANA swaps. Liam from BBM has d44's under his silver zook.

Depending on what you want to use it for, it mightn't be so bad. If you want to get into rock crawling, then the weight will be a trade off you will pay for stronger diffs. At least where you are adding the weight too is down low, so keeping the centre of gravity low making a stable rig. And then you can run bigger power, lower gearing and bigger heavier tyres. Cant help you with who to see, but if its going to stay rego'd,bettter check with engineerand transport authority before doing anything.

I'm just curious why the title of this thread is CV's Suzana? What actually are you trying to find out about. Are you trying to upgrade strength, or width or…? I believe the Suzanas don't use CVs but uni (I think ) being based on Dana stuff.

Are you thinking this because you already have the gears and lockers and just want to upgrade the housing? Not sure why or where you are going withthis. maybe a bit more info would be helpful
