So now my shoes are totally stuffed, got sum from repco for $31, but have never changed em b4. Is it hard? Any tips? I know I have to check the cylinder for leaks b4 I put the new ones in...

If you have ANY doubts about which way things go back on, then make sure you do one side at a time (so you have the other side for reference) and/or take some digital pics of it before you start.
