What`s involved in fitting the 4.8 R/P and ARB from an Early type Third to the V6 Third

not sure about the ratio, but i think the bearings for the arb u will need to have spacers made up so you can use the bigger bearings that the v6 does (had to do this on my 80series hp with hilux/lockrite carrier).

I was hoping thats all ,just hope the pinion bearing is te same

Pinion offset in the witchs hat is different as the V6 didn't come out with 4.8's ie: 3.9,4.1,4.3 the pinion bearings should be the same if using heavy duty ones.
