5 stud to 6 stud

I'm a newbie to all this stuff. Could somebody tell me what would be required to convert the Suzi's 5 stud thread pattern into a 6 stud one? Is there a way it is possible without buying different axles?

you shouldn't need new axles. what you would need to look at would be the possible re-drilling of the drum brake hats and the front rotors. my thoughts would be that there isn't enough material to do this safely.
why do you want a 6 stud? there are a number of places that can do custom wheels and there are a few off-the-shelf rims that will allow you to run bigger offset and larger tyres.

Beck, what is the PCD of the 6 stud suzuki stuff you have? I wonder if we're able to order those hubs/drums from suzuki? That would be an easy (but I doubt cheap) way of doing it.
Why would the drums be such an issue? I cant think of why it would be a problem just to redrill them. If it turns out that you cant drill the drums you could do a rear disk conversion at the same time. Usually the drums have the outers cut off to make a sort of adapter plate that bolts to the end of the axle which accepts the disc rotor. You could easily have something custom made to suit a 6 stud rotor or just redrill the rotor with the 6 stud PCD.
If you actually want to wheel the thing with some decent size rubber you can kill 2 birds with 1 stone by swapping your zook axles out for donors from a hilux. Big job just to change the stud pattern but worth it if you are going with bigger tyres (32+?) as well.
Another option, i think CRUSHU is selling some PHAT 15x10 alloys, check out for sale section.
