Swift 1.6 16V into sierra
Done a heap of searching and found out lots of information about the Vitara 1.6 16V conversion but was curious whether there is anything additional required when using the swift donar engine being as it is mounted east-west.

the cooling system needs a bit of work as the swift has no thermostat housing on the manifold

Incorrect there is a standard suzuki item that you can use but im not shore on the exact model. Try suzy four wreckers they know which one is the correct one.Gutless wrote:I found the same problem with the baleno motor. I had to make my own thermostat housing adapter.
