does "...caster is also pre-aligned into the arms..." mean that if you intially have say a 2" lift you couldnt use the same arms if you later went to a 4" lift?
There are aftermarket polyurethane bushes available for coily arms.
Sadly, they are stiffer than the factoty rubbers and will reduce flex. also, the added stiffness transfers more stress into the mounts which means the mounts are more likely to crack.

Sorry to hijack a little, I need new bushes on my arms (!), but Suzuki will only sell me the whole arm!! a bit rich! Any thoughts on the aftermarket ones (bushes) out there?

i used the superpro bushes in the mud4b and they flex great...
i only used 2 sets of bushes in the years ive had the moded arms..
they do not crack as quick as people say they do...

These arms look huge and tuff as nails....but i guess that my only question would be..what was wrong with the factory gear???..are these similar to the "3rds" arms the you can get for Nissans and Toyos??? Dropped forged and tuff as an OX?? If so, fair call. What about Caster??? Dont seem to be to adjustable in that department....but hey whatever...I would but them. They dont look like they are going to break anytime soon. Perfect for rocks.. And at the price quoted it aint to bad.

I like all the bits on a coiler that you can put on a leaf car..... oh that's right... there aren't any
I'm not especially anti coily, but I just hate that fact that suzuki clearly gave the job of developing the coil sierra to the marketing department, not the engineers.
I also don't really get the people that defend coilers that have no coil sierra pats on their car. Hey, I love the front clip and dash too, but if you have bundy diffs, custom arms, sierra transfer, vitara motor, etcetcetc what's to defend about the coiler?
Back to the topic Klappers- Factory front radius arms bend pretty easily. Almost as easily as leaf sierra front springs* However, any arm that is set up the same way as factory, even if it has a pivot in it, will eventually bind the bushes and limit articulation.
I suffer with this too with my Gwagen, but I have rubber bushes and 2500kg to flex my bushes, not 1200kg and urethane.
Respect Mud4b, your car is waaay more impressive than anything I have built, but the balance of front to rear articulation is pretty typical of cars with radius arm front ends. This is why I wouldn't spend lots of time and money getting custom front arms made that still use the same mounting points.
