Post by chevJ40 »

just a question about chaniging my front driveshaft currently dirve the 40 with a chev v8 4 speed and split transfer im guessing becxause of the lift or adaption plate but my front driveshaft split joint almost drops out standing static, will putting a 5 speed front shaft in give me much more extra length or should i extend it myself?

If you can get hold of an old rear shaft use the tube from it and make it the right length. Not sure what the length of the 5spd shaft is.
