I thought chromin was what street kids did to get high.
1999 SQ625 Manual Grand Vitara. Lifted, Twin Locked, 31' Extremes, dual Batteries, Winch.
Lots of custom gear as I cant afford the proper stuff.

Big difference.

I dont know of any but jsut look in the paper for people who do Galvinising...They generaly do other electro dipping as well

ok what ya need is a coke bottle and a tin of chrome spray paint, spray the paint into the bottle and take some deep breath's from the bottle, and there ya have it chroming.

but seriously most places that do electroplating will also do chrome dipping

Jimmy Nylund*, who does tyre testing for (US) fourwheeler Magazine had a little sticker on the rear cross member of his flatty....

Really, this is an off road forum - you might be better on a street machine forum is you need that sort of info.

*Jimmy Nylund emigrated to the US from Sweden in the late '70's, and somehow landed a job with Fourwheeler magazine. He was one of the real pioneers of rockcrawling and general hardcoreness. Along with Rick Pewe, Ned Bacon, Mike Flores etc, he was amongst the first guys to run 35+ tyres on jeeps and wide track width. Jimmy runs a Range Rover V8 in has flatty, quite a novelty in the US, especally pre '88 when you couldn't get a Range Rover in the US.
