bottle jack with dawn die Vs speedworx!

does anyone no the radius differances between these two or the radius each one does?and what bender will do 48.3OD black pipe and 47.6OD x 3.2 CDW

32NB Dawn will do a tighter radius than the equivalent Speedworx die.

borrowed the 40NB dawn die from work and got a 270mm radius wich is big

how do you stop the 2 bend markx in the pipe ?????

move the rollers out and clean all the soft powdercoating off them (back to bare steel) so they actually roll.

Ummm...Change that!

25NB Dawn does about 160mm
25NB Speedworx does about 180mm

Don't have actual measurements for the 32NB but the Speedworx is slightly tighter than the Dawn. Only going by holding a sample up to some existing tubework on my buggy.

Regardless, I still say that a Dawn die will do better quality bend (less deformation) than the equivalent Speedworx. Unfortunately it's just slower and less user friendly.

I rang speedworx today and the centre Radius is 203.2mm compared to the dawn centre radius wich is approx 245mm

the price list and sizes
